Career

Ready for a career that's challenging, fun, and ever changing?

Terotech has your back on maintaining your equipment.
Working at Terotech

At Terotech, you do more than maintain equipment - you keep large assets running that support critical infrastructure.

We're 50+ people based in Esbjerg, working in Denmark and internationally. Oil & gas, energy, manufacturing - all industries where downtime isn't an option. You learn fast, solve real problems, and see results immediately.

A Place You'll Want to Stay

We work hard - but the industries we serve demand it. That said, we believe work should be somewhere you want to show up. Where colleagues become friends, and people actually care about how your week went.

We meet by the coffee machine. We solve problems as a team. We celebrate wins and support each other continually. The social side isn't extra, but part of our DNA.

Here's something we're proud of: People who've left for other opportunities often stay in touch. Some come back. A few have said they missed the people and culture as much as the work itself. That's the kind of workplace we want to keep building.

Considering a career in Terotech?

We hire for technical skill and personal fit. You need to be a team player who takes initiative, follows through, and speaks up when something isn't right. Our culture is built on five core values: curiosity, openness, empathy, trust, and integrity. This is what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Curiosity

means we keep learning - from each other, and from the problems we solve. We don't just execute tasks, we're curious about understanding our client's world.

Openness

shows in how we communicate. We say what we mean, admit when we don't know something, and share knowledge freely. No hidden agendas.

Empathy

means we see the person, not just the role. Good maintenance work starts with understanding what actually matters to the people involved.

Trust

is earned through follow-through. We do what we say we'll do. We honor the trust clients place in us when they hand over responsibility for their operations.

Integrity

means we speak up when something isn't right - whether it's a safety issue, an unsound plan, or a colleague who needs support.
