Our client, a global leader in advanced technology and solutions for the energy transition, was building a large, highly automated production facility delivering the core technology behind Power-to-X solutions. 
The ambition was to ensure high uptime, consistent quality, and stable processes from day one.

We built a complete maintenance management setup and defined how the team should work with maintenance in practice. We prepared the organisation, set up the systems (SAP PM and MM), and anchored processes with the people who were going to operate the plant. By combining project insight with real-world operational experience, we ensured a smooth transition from construction to stable operations.
